Job Description:
We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with operations across six countries. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Corporate Services Manager to join our high-performing team in Dubai.
This is a critical role where you will manage and grow the Corporate Services Department. Initially, you will be the sole team member, taking ownership of all corporate secretarial and company formation functions while driving the growth of the department. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all statutory, regulatory, and corporate requirements are met for an international client base operating in offshore jurisdictions (excluding the UAE).
This role is ideal for a self-starter with deep knowledge of company formation and administration who thrives in a startup environment, takes initiative, and is eager to build and lead a team. While specific knowledge of offshore jurisdictions is not required, candidates must have strong expertise in company formation and administration, as the core skills are transferable, and training will be provided.
This role requires exceptional client management skills, with the ability to act as the first point of contact for all client queries, ensure timely resolutions, and maintain long-term professional relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Manage and lead the Corporate Services Department, setting the strategic direction and overseeing operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communication and ensuring prompt, professional responses to queries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing guidance on company formation, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Build and grow the team by recruiting, training, and mentoring junior staff as the department expands.
- Confidently address and resolve client issues or escalations, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a high level of service.
- Create and implement efficient workflows and processes to ensure prompt, professional services.
Corporate Secretarial and Company Formation:
- Administer a portfolio of companies, ensuring compliance with international statutory and governance requirements.
- Oversee the incorporation of new companies and manage changes to corporate structures, including appointing or removing directors and corporate service providers.
- Draft, review, and manage corporate documents such as resolutions, agreements, and filings.
- Monitor annual filings, statutory deadlines, and ensure timely submissions.
- Serve as the primary advisor to clients on business incorporation, compliance requirements, and corporate governance, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Set up and maintain an online compliance mechanism for corporate entities.
- Act as the point of contact for KYC documentation requests, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure compliance with evolving international regulations by staying updated and adapting processes as needed
Banking and Administration:
- Process personal and corporate bank account openings, closures, and manage other banking-related services.
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, external service providers, accountants, and lawyers to ensure seamless operations and maintain client satisfaction.
- Manage onboardings and compliance for Payment Service Providers (PSP) and other service provider engagements.
Ad Hoc and Project Work:
- Participate in special projects, such as process changes, efficiency improvements, and regulatory remediation initiatives.
- Prepare documents for signatures and assist in managing the signing process.
- Provide corporate secretarial support and respond to client and internal queries.

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate services, company formation, or governance roles.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of companies, including incorporation and ongoing administration.
- Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring, managing, and growing a team.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualification is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of corporate secretarial responsibilities, including annual filings, KYC updates, and financial reporting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to draft, format, and proofread legal documents and corporate reports.
- Familiarity with compliance and client relationship management tools (e.g., CRM software) is an advantage
