Job Description:
We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with operations across six countries. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Growth & Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making things run smoothly and efficiently.
This role is all about improving workflows, removing obstacles, and helping teams work smarter. You will work closely with the CEO and different teams to streamline processes, introduce better ways of working, and support rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Streamline Operations & Support Growth:
- Review and improve operational processes to support our fast expansion.
- Spot inefficiencies and implement smart solutions that help teams move faster.
- Ensure the company stays agile and efficient in a fast-changing market.
Boost Productivity & Efficiency:
- Research and introduce automation tools and AI-powered solutions to cut down manual work.
- Keep track of performance and make quick improvements as needed.
- Set up real-time tracking dashboards to help leadership make data-driven decisions.
- Create clear guidelines and processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and support teams on efficient workflows and best practices.
Lead & Collaborate with Teams:
- Work closely with teams to understand their challenges and offer solutions.
- Motivate and support team members to improve productivity and job satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving towards the same goals.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Work Closely with the CEO:
- Partner with the CEO to turn business goals into clear, actionable plans.
- Support business growth and strategy through efficient operations.
- Help ensure the company stays scalable, organized, and ready for the future.

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in operations management within a high-growth or fast-scaling company.
- A track record of improving processes, implementing automation, and driving efficiency.
- Experience in startup, tech, or iGaming industries is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-changing environments, adapting quickly, and solving problems on the go.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset—you love figuring out better ways to work.
- Experience using automation tools, AI solutions, and project management software (like Asana, Notion, or Miro).
- Great communication and leadership skills—you can keep teams aligned and focused.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a high-growth environment.
- Self-driven and able to work independently while thinking strategically.
