CMS (Content) Manager – B2B Platform

Job Type: Full-time

Monday – Friday: office based (with some flexibility to work remotely subject to the needs of the business).

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with operations across six countries. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CMS (Content) Manager to support our operator clients in using the CMS and front-end configurator features of our platform.

In this role, you will act as a CMS and front-end design expert, helping clients manage, customize, and optimize their site content and layout. You will train operators on the platform’s CMS and configurator tools, assist with content-related tasks, and help customize front-end designs based on client requirements.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong CMS knowledge, basic design skills, and the ability to assist clients with both technical and creative tasks. As the company grows, this position will evolve into a leadership role with line management responsibilities as we scale the content team.

The role may also involve occasional international travel to meet clients or support cross-market content projects.

Key Responsibilities:

CMS Training & Client Support:

  • Train operators on how to use and manage content through our platform’s CMS and front-end configurator.
  • Support clients with content updates, front-end customization, and layout adjustments.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance on how to customize the user interface using the configurator.
  • Create easy-to-follow guides and tutorials to help clients manage their site content and design independently.

Content & Front-End Optimization:

  • Assist operators in editing, updating, and optimizing content across various markets.
  • Help clients create custom landing pages, product pages, and promotional content.
  • Customize front-end layouts using the platform’s configurator tool to meet client needs.
  • Ensure that content and design are engaging, responsive, and optimized for different devices.

Localization & Market Customization:

  • Coordinate the localization of content and design elements for different languages and markets.
  • Assist clients in adapting both content and design to meet local preferences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with external translators and designers when needed.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

  • Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure content and front-end layouts meet both client and platform standards.
  • Gather client feedback to suggest CMS and configurator tool improvements to the Product team.
  • Review and improve content workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on content management, design, and front-end customization trends to share insights with clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Content Manager, preferably in a B2B or iGaming environment.
  • Proven experience working with CMS platforms and configurator tools for front-end customization.
  • Hands-on experience with content workflows and site layout management.
  • Experience helping clients customize content and front-end design elements.
  • Familiarity with content optimization, localization, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members is a strong advantage.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Proficient with CMS tools 
  • Experience with front-end configurator tools to customize site layouts and UI elements.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and an understanding of SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with Figma for content design and layout collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills—able to explain CMS and design concepts to clients with different technical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized—able to manage content and design tasks across various markets.
  • Proactive problem solver—able to troubleshoot CMS or design-related issues for clients.
  • Turkish language skills are preferred but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when needed for client meetings, training sessions, or industry events.
