HR Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Monday – Friday: office based (with some flexibility to work remotely subject to the needs of the business).

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with operations across six countries. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an HR Manager to take full ownership of our human resources function and help build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to create and improve HR policies, streamline hiring and onboarding, and support both in-office and remote employees. You will work closely with managers and leadership to attract, retain, and grow top talent, ensuring our HR processes are efficient and scalable.

This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices at both local and international levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Improve HR Operations:

  • Create and manage HR policies and processes that support our growing international team.
  • Ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, and offboarding for both remote and office-based employees.
  • Keep HR operations organized and efficient, making sure everything runs smoothly across all locations.
  • Act as the main HR contact for the company, supporting employees and leadership.

Hiring & Talent Management:

  • Develop and execute a structured hiring plan to find the right talent quickly and efficiently.
  • Explore new hiring markets to source skilled candidates.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from screening to interviews and final selection.
  • Continuously improve onboarding to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company.

Employee Experience & Engagement:

  • Create and implement employee engagement programs to keep teams motivated and happy.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and take action to improve the work environment.
  • Develop recognition and reward programs to encourage high performance and retention.
  • Set up clear communication channels to resolve issues and support employees.

Performance & Growth Management:

  • Organize performance reviews and ensure they align with company goals.
  • Work with department heads to set clear KPIs and growth paths for employees.
  • Use HR tools to track performance and employee progress in real time.
  • Develop career progression plans to help employees grow within the company.

HR Compliance & Tools:

  • Ensure all HR software and tools are properly used for hiring, engagement, and payroll.
  • Maintain organized HR records and reports for compliance and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on HR laws and best practices to ensure the company is compliant in all regions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience:

  • Preferred: 3-5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth, international environment.
  • Experience managing HR functions across multiple countries and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Proven track record in scaling hiring strategies and optimizing recruitment.
  • Experience implementing employee engagement, performance management, and satisfaction programs.
  • Familiarity with the iGaming market is a plus.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including hiring, retention, and compliance.
  • Experience using HR software for recruitment, performance tracking, and employee engagement.
  • Ability to create and implement HR policies from scratch and ensure adherence across departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging employees and leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
